Step one: Cashpo R&D planning stage.
SmartTec R&D team provides solutions and determines the development direction according to currency features and customers requirements. Then SmartTec R&D team will work out a whole plan for the Cashpo development. After discussed and approved by SmartTec decision-making team and customers, SmartTec decision-making team issues a new product plan to SmartTec R&D team and designates a project manager to be fully responsible for the new cash payment machines R&D until delivery to the official coin and note recyclers bulk order to customers.
Step two: Cashpo design, sample, trial production, and finalization stage.
SmartTec R&D team makes Cashpo designs and samples. Customers provide SmartTec with currency for testing whether the sample can satisfy their needs.
